I am so happy I went through UK Abroad.
I am so happy I went through UK Abroad. My passport had expired in 2008 !!! So I knew the process was going to be a challenge. Elyse was amazing. She quickly communicated with me, outlining what documents were required. She helped me get my full birth certificate (this was the longest wait) then I learned my NZ Marriage Certificate was not actually an official document, again Elyse guided me where I need to go to get this. I have absolutely no doubt - going through UK Abroad saved me money and time, as my application would have been rejected had I gone direct. I now have my new UK passport and will recommend UK Abroad to everyone. Tip - don't let your passport expire. Thank you so much Elyse.
