When you asked for a refund we tried to call you and email you to discuss the matter and explain to you what our fee includes. However, you never answered any of our calls or responded to our emails so we, therefore, processed your full refund immediately. You mentioned that you did not receive the full amount refunded however the difference in the amount could be due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate and unfortunately this is something we do not have control over.
