U.K.ABROADReviews of ukabroad.net

I received excellent service from Jan at ukpassports. Coming from a country in Africa where we are surprised if we even get an answer to an email I was astounded that Jan would answer my emails immediately, even over a weekend. The whole process of renewal of my passport was done efficiently and painlessly. Thank you so much Jan for your dedicated service.

From the moment I went on line to renew my UK passport the follow up and attention to detail was first class. Brannan from UKPassports made the whole process easy and was there to guide me through the application to receipt of my new UK Passport.

The passport renewal process was made easy by the very helpful case worker assigned to me. She was very quick to respond to queries and the process was easy to follow. Didn’t take long to get the new passport.

very efficient & easy process

Fill in a very basic on-line form; pay the fee; have the UK passport collected and voila! Nine days later my new passport delivered (to US home). Super-easy, quick and great personal service from Glenda. 5 stars - I would give 10 if I could.

Efficient, prompt door to door service from and to New Zealand.

Excellent service. Just under 2 weeks for the whole process. Juan-Pierre, my advisor, was efficient and professional. None of the usual hassle associated with HMRC interactions. Well worth it.
