U.K.ABROADReviews of ukabroad.net

From bitter experience dealing with HM Passport Office can be, certainly from abroad, frustrating, difficult and wearisome. I discovered UK Passports almost by accident, but am I glad ! Their service and assistance is simply first class. Simply first class.

UK Abroad made a daunting, bureaucratic process easy and seamless.

The thought of renewing my UK passport from abroad made me very anxious. I didn't have a clue as to how to go about it, so I googled it and lucky for me the first site I entered was yours. The information I received was clear and after I made my payment the instructions on the next steps were easy to follow. The consultant kept me updated constantly and was with me right up to the delivery of my new passport. Thank you, Jan. This was a smooth, hassle free process.

Excellent online service with real humans replying to email queries and supporting throughout the process. Fast and efficient - highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Natasha. She provided a great service and helped me through it every step of the way, No hitches and it all went well

Bureaucracy of official documents applications can be frustrating and confusing. However, renewing my British passport from overseas, and being dual nationality, was so easy. The information I needed was e-mailed to me step by step and immediately confirmed so I knew exactly how to proceed and with what. Having a single person walk me through from beginning to end was like meeting that person face to face. Easy. Thank you Peter.

Easy-to- understand instructions and prompt responses.

I recently renewed my passport with Glenda on ukabroard.com and i felt the system was made very easy for me, considering i was applying from abroad and was so use to doing it in the country i live in. She kept me informed constantly and emailed all my questions promptly. It was a very smooth and speedy transition and will be using them again. Thank you so much for making this all so easy and secure.
