My consultant made it more tolerable, I had some issues with the process but my consultant kept me informed, was prompt replying and she was extremely helpful. Once all information necessary was sent, I was surprised how quick I received my new & old passports.

Carina the passport consultant at HM Passport was superb in every way. Her courtesy and accurate assessment of my application at every stage was very impressive. Can I hire her as our university Vice-President? Hitherto I guess I have casually written Mr John Maher. On this occasion I wrote Dr. John C Maher. A question at the final stage - sent from the passport issue office to Carina and transmitted to me - went something like, "When did you become a Doctor?" and "Can you provide evidence of this?" It surprised me. I contacted Edinburgh University to send a copy of my old certificate from 1986! A hassle. It made me wonder whether the Passport Office distinguish between people with a Ph.D. (Dr. John Smith) and people who are an M.D. (Dr. John Smith). In the end I just contacted Carina and said, "OK, just Mr is fine" Many decades ago I encountered laughable rudeness and mismanagement in a dingy cold office with only two metal chairs, in the port of Yokohama. This was the British Embassy of Tokyo Passport Renewal Section. It appears that it had been decided to outsource passport 'stuff' to this office. It didn't last long. My experience this time was like stepping into a Rolls Royce. The driver was Carina. Thank you. John

I applied for a new passport from Europe through UK abroad. It has become harder to apply from overseas since Brexit and I was unhappy to see that I could not use the premium one day service in the UK anymore or use an embassy in my country of residence. The price to apply via UK abroad is high but I wanted the application to go as smoothly and quickly as possible. To be fair, as this is only a once a decade action, I was satisfied with the service I received and happy to get my new passport within 3 weeks. For me it was worth more money for less hassle.

I accessed this sight by mistake, the logo looks very similar to the UK Passport gov office. I filled everything out and they did not ask for a Passport photo, I paid $299.00 to renew my passport. after the transaction I realized this was not the sight I needed. I cancelled right away ( you must do within 24hrs if you want a full refund) The consultant followed up on the next business day and called me from the UK and I got my refund. J ust know that a passport renewal if you do it by yourself is about $100.00 less even with the cost to mail it back to the UK. to quote them "some people would rather have a service help them obtain the passports renewal"..

I would like to give a big thanks to Carina, Carina was my consultant for the process of renewing my passport. In this process there was nothing Carina was not able to support me with and getting back to me promptly. Carina responsiveness was outstanding, I wish others would take a ticket from Carina.
