I want to recommend UK Abroad to renew your passport. Quick and efficient. I received my new passport much sooner than expected. Our consultant Juan-Pierre was excellent, patient and very helpful as this was my first time I renewed my passport online. I was very grateful for his step-by step help. Thank you Juan-Pierre.

The last thing any traveler wants as he/she prepares for a trip abroad is a passport problem - along with nightmares trying to find anyone to quickly communicate with. Thanks to UK Abroad I had no such trouble. I had only one easily-fixable problem recently involving my photo. Guidance by Natasha at UK Abroad soon had that sorted and in no time - a couple of weeks or so - a courier was knocking on my door with my shiny new passport. Quite an achievement by UK Abroad considering that I live in Australia! Well done UKA!

All my communications were responded to promptly with clear details to action, my new passport was received promptly with all other documents returned to me as was outlined, an overall exceptional service.

Instructions from start to finish are easy to follow and one thing is requested at a time so you don't get confused. Follow up is very quick so the process moves quickly and easily. Responses are usually within 24 hours and even some the same day. My advisor was very thorough and I enjoyed working with him. I experienced no stress and the whole process became a satisfactory experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking to renew their UK Passport

Thank you so much UK abroad. It was a seamlessly easy thing to renew my passport this time around. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to take the worry out of renewing their passport.

It was wonderful to have a personal consultant, Brittany, in the UK, keeping me up to date as to what was happening, when. She was superbly responsive, too. Just great! It was, however, somewhat confusing to receive messages from DHL courier service, giving different time lines for when the delivery would be made. I had chosen a specific time and date (11:30am-6:00pm), but some of the messages said that the delivery would be made up till 9pm that day. In the end, the delivery was made at 4pm or so, which was within my given time constraints. Perfect! So, all in all, a fabulous service, which I appreciated hugely! Thank you to all concerned. Susan

They helped me renew my passport quickly and accurately. I sent the passport to them via DHL and my anxiety was put to rest by them, they kept me updated on the progress and it didn't take much time to receive my new passport. I would like to let them know that I will continue to use them in the future and that I have no complaints about their service.
