U.K.ABROADReviews of ukabroad.net

It's the first time I used a Passport service to renew my Passport and it couldn't have gone any better. The service was quick and easy with great communication throughout the whole process right down to DHL telling me the day it would be delivered. Although a little more expensive then doing it yourself, I would definitely use this service again.

UKabroad did a fantastic job of arranging the renewal of my British passport from Australia. The process was smooth and hassle free and communication was excellent.

After the initial contact to renew my passport, the whole experience was simple and straight forward. The arrangements made by UK Abroad for collection and delivery of the passport were flawless. Communication with the passport consultant, Shaun Weldon, was excellent and I was informed of the progress at every step. The current process is a massive improvement over my experience 10 years ago when I was required to travel to the UK to personally collect my passport which was extremely inconvenient and stressful.

We appreciated the clear and straight forward advice and instructions from Robyn. The quick and efficient delivery and return of the passports to/from the UK. Completely hassle free from our perspective.

From start to finish UK Abroad were so professional. They gave easy instructions and made the whole process painless. From posting my old passport in Australia it took less than 3 weeks to receive my new passport. Couldn't fault this service at all.

Organised, efficient and supportive. regular individualised contact pre-empted any concerns or potential problems. Clear and succinct steps in place enabling a care free experience. Expedient service and delivery with customer courier tracking enabled. A rapid turn around considering long distance.

As a UK citizen living in South Africa, I was admittedly rather sceptical at having to renew my British passport online. However there was really no other option. My initial enquiries with UK PASSPORTS were promptly and comprehensively answered by an agent ( in my case, Brittany). The advice given on the procedure was detailed and easy to follow. From start to finish I was kept informed on progress, which was reassuring. Once my original documents were collected by the courier service, allocated to an official, and my application approved, my new passport was delivered to me in 11 working days. Having used UK PASSPORTS, I can confidently recommend without any hesitation.

Unbelievably quick turnaround(9days) and any questions I had were answered by Leigh within 24 hours but normally much quicker. The instructions were clear and precise
