From ordering online, choosing my glasses was a breeze. Using the AR was fabulous much better than the old way. Just wished every pair was AR way. They arrived quick and my glasses were beautiful. I decided to get two pairs and they came packed in loverly soft pouches with eye cloths and also a free push open pouch that was in animal print great love it. Ordered prescription glasses, the lenses are such bad quality i cannot see its all blurred the minute I put them on i had an instant massive headache the frane is poor poor pound land plastic costumer service is non existent i have no glasses and no £96 pounds save your money go elsewhere
