Have ordered on several different occasions now. I love the wide variety of patterns available, either counted or stamped. I tend to buy in bulk to take advantage of the discounts available. Delivery is very prompt, always with lots of thread and spare needles. Only once have I been missing one colour and the customer services were very prompt in sending it through at no extra charge. A totally positive experience all round.

Lovely cross stitch pack with loads of threads, great design and easy to follow. When my husband spilled some water on my instructions making them illegible they kindly send me a copy. Great customer service!!

They took a little while to arrive due to distance however - the customer service is very good. I ordered the wrong one, stamped not counted. I contacted them and asked to exchange if possible as Xmas gift. I was told it would cost me too much to return. They then asked if I would pay a small fee (£4/5?) and they sent me a counter one which arrived before Xmas. My mum loves the kits. She is impressed by the things included like thimble and thread cutter, I would buy from them again and whoever dealt with my clumsy mistake is one of the reasons I will come back and ship here again.

Received my Supernatural stamped cross stitch kit and I am completely in love with it. It arrived in good time, looks to have plenty of thread with it as it is quite large and so it is looking amazing. It is going to take me a while to complete and I'm excited to see it finished. This is the second cross stitch I have bought from UK.tapestrymarket and I would recommend them.

The kits are great. Fabric is lovely to work with also with the fabric being already been printed with a grid makes it so much easier. I will be ordering more in the future. Thank you
