Whilst I'm haven't actually started any of.mine yet I am excited about getting going. The kits look great, the colours are amazing and instructions clear. I have had to contact customer services but they have responded very quickly and everything was sorted out quickly. I would definitely use them again, however I really need to get these done first as I have a tendency to get carried away and will end up ordering more than I can actually do!

Have ordered twice now. First a printed cross stitch and second some accessories. Both arrived within a week and are of high quality. The instructions could be a little clearer but I was able to decipher them.

Great service and quick response. They are really good at responding to queries and helping you with what you need. The print and patterns are good and very pretty. Just keep in mind that you can't expect a highly detailed piece on an 11ct pattern. The tools are really good too and can be quite unique

I ordered my first cross stitch kit. When it arrived it was packaged well with threads neatly bundled. I was a little baffled by the key and instructions but it didn’t take me long to figure it out. I’ve enjoyed starting my cross stitch and find it quite straight forward now I’m into the swing of it. Hoping my picture will look great.
