Why would you change such a brilliant formula I have used this product for years and have been very happy with it. The new colour is just awful its somewhere between orange and ginger, please bring back the original formula as until then im not buying anymore and I'd rather be gray.

this new colour is awful... don't buy this until they change it back to what it was before. My hair now looks ginger brown instead dark brown/black... yukkkk never again.. I bought 3 from different vendors thinking it was a bad batch, but they are all awful... I'm sending them back asking for my money back

Same as everyone else 🤣🤣 I thought it was barnet turns out it was the shampoo. My hair was that bad I went to the barbers and got a number 1 buzz cut all over. Avoid now

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE! Been using touch of grey for more than 10 years it’s never failed always leaves me with a touch of grey with T45 brown, now leaves me grey with a touch of orange, sadly stuck with 10 boxes of this rubbish thanks for that JFM

Ive used this product for years but with it's new formula is so disappointing my hair turn ginger so I left the shampoo on for longer hoping it would make my hair darker instead it went a chocolate colour and looks dyed instead of a natural colour as advertised, bring back the old formula as it worked.

I've been using the old formula " Medium Brown Shade" for over 8 years, it was the best! Great product natural color of my own hair. I told all my friends about it. They had a great product then for some odd reason they changed it to a new formula for all SHADES, HORRIBLE I'm embarrassed to go out, my hair turned from light orange to a copper brass color, horrendous. They just lost with this new product many customers including me! I've ordered "Colorsmith" £8.00 I'll give it a try, practically the same price. Bye Bye Just For Men
