The product quality is excellent and I didn't have to wait long for the order to come. The service was excellent and was understanding if there were issues.

Your products are of good quality, the price is reasonable, and time free is not terrible long.

Was a little doubtful whether I would be happy with purchasing from a company on Facebook but I needn't have worried they arrived well packaged and all the items were intact and the finished result was beautiful will definately order from them again

There beautiful diamond art. Ive done .love them wen done 2 of them are up on my wall .

I purchased a framed pearl painting it arrived damaged. I notified company with picture, first offered discount I declined, told damage inevitable on long haul. Then told to purchase sandpaper, wood filler and acrylic paint and repair it myself. They Refused replacement or refund as damage minimal in their eyes. Eventually told I could return it at my expense then they may refund me. That would leave me out of pocket for receiving a damaged item that they inadequately packaged. Would I recommend them NO they seriously need to look at there practice.

Pictures were spot on excellent quality Delivery was quick
