Firstly, no stars would be more accurate! Ordered a Lenovo charger. Took a few weeks to arrive as it is sent from China not the UK as the company name suggests. The plug on the charger lead for the laptop sheared in half and I'll now have to source another charger. I contacted them by their website after refering to their warranty but had no response. A few days later I repeated the message and also sent a direct email. Still no response! Learn by my experience and avoid at all costs. I will see if I can do some form of chargeback but don't hold out much hope!

Please avoid this company and save your money, and potentially your life! Laptop cable ordered in November, took ages to arrive and is extremely unsafe - bare electrical wire visible Company doesn't respond to any attempts to contact them. Absolute waste of money

Don't order from here. Ordered a "genuine" item using a part number as quoted on their site and something else made by a commpletely different brand turned up and doesn't fit. I wanted an exchange at first but now 2 months later I just want my money back. They start to ignore your emails until you give up. I encourage any one else caught by this scam to raise a complaint with their site host abuse at godaddy dot com

Be aware - They are selling fake adapters. Do NOT use this company. Also the adapters are shipped from China, they are not from the uk.

As others have said I wish I had read the reviews here first. Product very slow to arrive but it was not the model I wanted. Asked to return it for a refund but all Chris said was why did I order the wrong part. Despite their returns policy on their website no offer was made for me to return it for a refund, even a partial one. Was it a genuine part I'm not sure, the black tape covering the name makes me think not. I can't be bothered to keep trying to return it but all I can say is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.

TLDR: if you're considering ordering on line from a company that you've never ordered from before, check their reviews on Trustpilot first - as I will from now on. I was looking for a genuine HP laptop charger and uk-chargers.com was the only place I found that apparently offered them. I placed an order on Thursday 2-Oct-25, which was promptly acknowledged. I then heard nothing for a week...checked their 'Shipping policy' page and found that their warehouse is on UTC+8, i.e. China. Not UK at all! I needed the charger quickly, so by this time I had sourced a non-HP charger from Amazon that arrived in less than a day. So on Friday 10-Oct-25 I contacted them via their website to cancel the order and ask for a refund. The following morning I got an email from them to say that the order had been dispatched! So, their "Remarkable Customer Service" is in fact remarkably awful. The charger eventually arrived on Sunday 19-Oct-25 - hats off to Yodel for a Sunday delivery. Its mains lead had a fuseless plug and so didn't meet UK regulations for electrical equipment. Although the charger had HP markings, I have zero confidence that it's a genuine HP part and that it will even work safely - in fact I'm scared of connecting it to the mains supply. It's going straight in the electrical recycling. More fool me.

My Dell lap top 5000 series lead "blew up today" please please do not use them,it was 5 months old and meant to be genuine . From the resent reviews i am assuming i will not get a reply from the photos i sent via email.Chinese junk i am guessing
