UglybabyReviews of uglybaby.io

I have a new outdoor sport and lodging website (sportlodging.net). I have used Ublybaby twice now. The first time I found out just how ugly my user interface was. Made a lot of changes. 2nd time allow me to fine tune it and now it is so much easier to use. Uglybaby was a great help to me.

I have to say as somebody who has revised their sales page and is struggling to make sales because I need actual eyes and honest answers, this concept is brilliant. I am overwhelmed with how incredible the reviews have been already and how helpful so far. Finally I have eyes on my page instead of guessing why people were bouncing. I was able to share this information with my marketing team to make the changes the reviewers mentioned. I will certainly be keeping this membership and signing up for everything you have.

Ugly Baby is worth its weight in gold. The best tester knows nothing about your product—they show up cold and try to figure it out. I tried recruiting testers through Fiverr and Upwork, but spent more time managing them than getting useful feedback. Ugly Baby automated that process and made it easier to see what works, what doesn’t, and where users get stuck.

UglyBaby help me address quite a few not so obvious shortcomings. Primarily the issues a new user experiences on their first visit. Changing the process, clearly labeling options and creating a 90 second demo/walkthrough are going to be the best Improvements I can make. Watching real time users use my application for the first time and seeing what they see is invaluable.

I've built and worked on a lot of apps over the years, and Ugly Baby has been surprisingly useful... When you've been staring at the same "screens" for weeks it's easy to miss things that are obvious to someone coming in fresh. The feedback from testers is straightforward, practical and catches things I wouldn't have thought about. We've made MANY improvements from the feedback. Really solid service and definitely worth using if you want another set of eyes on what you're building

Wow I'm so glad I tried this out! I kept seeing the ads for uglybaby.io on Instagram, but when I went to their IG page there is barely anything there so I thought maybe it is scammy. Then I checked here at Trust Pilot, and saw the overwhelmingly good reviews so I gave it a try. Within 12 hours I had 10 video reviews of my stationery e-commerce website. Wow! Some of the testers repeatedly found the same issues, which I had been unaware of. Some were technical problems and some were more about how people understand (or don't) my brand. This information gave me some immediate actionable tasks I can fix now, as well as longer term goals about how to continue to build my brand and product categories. Keep in mind the testers aren't really telling you what to do, you need to figure that out, but they alert you to the weaknesses and friction spots on your website and/ or products/ services. Highly recommend! I will making some fixes then running another test.

I've used Ugly Baby for about 8 months and love the feedback I get. For example, I would have never thought of adding a Dark Mode to my site. Got the feedback to add it to Lotz Outdoors ... and done!

Videos weren’t very helpful or actionable. Not so bad I’m asking for a refund, but I won’t be back.
