They advertise its available in Paraguay. When trying to download the app it says... "the app is not available in your country." Either misleading info on their site, or an issue with the product. In any case - not trustworthy.

The information on the app was outdated and mentioned that they did not charge ATM withdrawal fees, so I paid for the card. However, after 3 days they changed their conditions and now charge fees for use at ATMs and others services. By not having this updated information in the application, it was impossible for me to know that they were going to make this change so that I requested a refund, which they did not want to do.

En los 6 meses que tengo usandola no tengo problema dice lo que promete, lo unico que le suieron fue el costo de la tarjeta fisica subio como 40 dolares a RD
