BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE MANY NAMES: USA DIAGONAL SERVICES, UDS AUTO LOGISTICS, MERCURY AUTO TRANSPORT etc! (This is not a fake review!) I rarely write reviews like this, but after nearly 9 MONTHS of broken promises, excuses, and frustration, I feel obligated to warn others about our experience. In early February 2026, we hired this company to transport our antique car from the West Coast to the East Coast. We were given what seemed to be a reasonable quote and paid a $144.20 deposit in good faith. Since then, it has been one excuse after another. On numerous occasions, we were told they had a driver lined up to pick up our car, only to be told later that they didn't have one after all. This has gone on for MONTHS! Now, here we are, nearing the end of October 2026, and OUR CAR HAS STILL NOT BEEN PICKED UP! Our antique vehicle has been sitting outside, exposed to the weather, while we have waited for this company to follow through on its promises. To make matters worse, they have now MORE THAN DOUBLED THE ORIGINAL QUOTE, with absolutely no assurance that they will ever transport our car! We've finally had enough. We are now planning to travel across the country next month to retrieve the car ourselves before it suffers even more damage from sitting outside. And here's the real kicker... AFTER FAILING TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE WE PAID FOR, THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND OUR $144.20 DEPOSIT! Their excuse? A cancellation fee of $200! Let me get this straight. You keep a customer waiting for nearly 9 months, repeatedly promise a driver who never shows up, more than double the quoted price, never transport the vehicle, and then expect the CUSTOMER to pay a cancellation fee? WE AREN'T CANCELLING BECAUSE WE CHANGED OUR MINDS. WE'RE CANCELLING BECAUSE YOU NEVER DID THE JOB! In my opinion, this is an absolutely disgraceful way to conduct business. We feel misled, taken advantage of, and cheated out of our money. Save yourself the money, aggravation, and endless frustration. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR VEHICLE! If our experience saves even one person from going through what we've endured, then sharing this warning will have been worth it.
