According to the official tracking for your order (JCZ0104070206DH), the package was successfully delivered on January 18, 2026 at 00:25 to Crestview, FL 32539. This order was shipped using our free economy shipping option, and the delivery time was within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Throughout the transit period, the shipment remained active and in progress, and it was not classified as lost or overdue. For this reason, a refund was not applicable while the order was still in transit.
