uCertifyReviews of ucertify.com

The courses offered by uCertify for my Computer Information Technology Degree Plan are very good. The students much prefer these courses to the previous company we were using. Aditya Mishra and Izzy proved invaluable in their assistance in setting up the courses at my college. These courses are easy to understand and also provide a certificate from uCertify when there is a 90% completion. My students are betting better grades overall. From Computer Maintenance, Networking, to Cyber Security, uCertify has it all. I recommend uCertify courses as there is there is a course for just about any IT topic. Dr. Rod Donovan

The technician was great. Preet Patel responded to the tech support issue within 30 minutes. Preet Patel sent a screenshot of the resolution. Preet Patel even responded with a follow-up even after the ticket was closed. Quick responses. Great job.

Madhu worked fast. Understood my request immediately and finished less than a minute. The best chat help I've ever gotten.

Deepti was the utmost professional! He was knowledgeable and able to solve my issue. Once I presented my issue to him, he immediately got to the root of my problem. He took it a step further by ensuring I understood everything completely, walking me through it step by step before he ended our zoom chat. Thank you soooooo much, Deepti. My own user error was driving me insane, lol!!!!!

Madhu Pal is my savior! I purchased a book for my class under the wrong email and was having a ton of problems accessing it through my student account. Madhu was able to get my account on track and get me access with little to no issues! Thank you!!

Awesome customer service from Madhu Pal! I was given the wrong edition of a course through my campus bookstore and while nobody else would help, they were able to swap courses for me no questions asked. would give it 10 stars if i could just for that

My issue was identified and handled expeditiously.
