When are my shoes coming in?
I ordered my shoes on August 8 and it says I'm supposed to get a parcel order number in 72 hours. Haven't gotten one. I trust them and I either want my money back or for them to send me another pair of shoes. I didn't spend 260 dollars for my shoes. Terrible service. They can still fix it though.

I placed an order on December 6th and…
I placed an order on December 6th and as of today I still haven't received anything, I contact assistance every day and I always get the same answers to make fun of me, I asked for a refund and they don't want to give it to me, a really bad service.
