I have been using UaDates a very long time and seen the prices rise to inconceivable levels. Moreover, they stopped counting the letters you write to a specific girl and now ONLY COUNT the chat minutes you use on a scale which they control before you are entitled to obtain the specific woman’s data(e-mail address, phone number). They manipulate everyone who uses their website into pay higher prices using this system. Moreover, they will erase your letter and take your money and NOT REFUND your money if your letter contains any suggestion of your own address. I rrrreally suggest you avoid this website. It is way too manipulative and dishonest and far too expensive for any of us. … their prices for data went from 150 dollars to an estimated 2,450 using their own sliding bar calculator. What is worse, other Ukrainian dating websites have adopted the same idea to raise their prices to unattainable levels for men… and then … what if she chooses another and not you ? I avoid UaDates now.

First, our standard pricing has not been increased for quite a long period of time. In addition, throughout the year, and especially during holidays and special events, we regularly provide special offers that allow members to receive more credits at a better price. We recommend keeping an eye on our updates and promotional offers to take advantage of these opportunities.
Regarding the communication requirements before contact information becomes available, our goal is to encourage genuine and meaningful interaction between members. A certain level of communication helps both people get to know each other and decide whether they are genuinely interested in taking the next step. For this reason, the system considers actual interaction in chat rather than simply the number of letters sent.
We would also like to clarify that UaDates does not charge $2,450, or any other specific fee for obtaining another member's contact information. Contact information is not a product that we sell. The option becomes available after the required level of communication between two members has been reached. Any calculation presenting the cost of regular communication as a direct "price for contact data" is therefore misleading.
Regarding personal contact details in letters, UaDates has privacy and safety measures designed to protect both parties. Our automated system may restrict certain information when it is shared outside the appropriate functionality or before the relevant communication requirements have been met. These measures help reduce unsolicited sharing of personal information, fraud, spam, and other potential misuse of the platform.
Finally, we are not entirely sure what situation you are referring to regarding a refund for a deleted letter. Credits are charged for using the relevant communication service. If a letter has been successfully delivered and accessed, subsequently deleting it does not reverse the service that has already been provided and therefore does not normally create grounds for a refund. If, however, you experienced a technical issue where credits were charged but the paid service was not provided, our Support team can review that specific transaction.
We understand that our communication model may not suit everyone, but we want its rules and purpose to be represented accurately. If you believe there was an incorrect charge or a technical issue with your account, please contact our Support team with the relevant details so the case can be investigated individually.
