The process of buying was quick and easy. The price was nice but I gave it 2 stars because of shipping issues. I received an email saying my product was on the way but every time I go to track, it says the item is not found! I'm starting to think its a scam and that's just money I won't get back!

Love my necklace. The only thing I would change is the engraving, you can barely see that it has writing unless up close.
