My experience started off very poorly. First, my original package was lost. When a replacement was sent, I received the wrong watch. To make matters worse, the watch appeared to have already been used, and the dials were not functioning properly. This watch was intended to be a gift for our dad, so my siblings and I were extremely disappointed by the series of mistakes. The positive aspect of this experience was the company’s response once I filed a complaint. They were quick to acknowledge the issues, respond to my concerns, and take corrective action. They are now sending the correct watch, replacing the defective item, and expediting the shipment so it arrives in time for our dad’s birthday. Had the company ignored the problem or failed to make things right, this would have been a one-star review. However, I believe credit is due for their prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to correct their mistakes. Their actions showed that they care about their customers and stand behind their products. For now, I’m hopeful the replacement arrives as promised and meets expectations.

The gentleman I spoke with wonderful. He expedited my order. Answered all of my questions. The packe was properly prepared for shipping. All around excellent experience.

Shipping was slow, poorly packaged (box arrived crushed) and overall communication was weak.

I thought it was a little too long to get from order to shipping.
