Horrible experience with two desktop apps now. Wrong one keeps opening. Lost all previous chats. Also became super slow so defeats the whole point. I paid for the Desktop app. That was the product. Now it was suddenly discontinued after becoming insanely slow. A message in the app told me to install a PWA instead. I did but since this is not a native Mac app it is super laggy and slow. Really regret spending money on this.

Been a customer for close to 2 years. Constantly feeds error messages saying the API rejected my request despite being docked usage by the LLM company. Non-technical people like myself often can't troubleshoot on their own and pay for the privilege of having no set-up, no-hassle companies like Typing Mind with competent developers doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes. I've probably spent over $100 in unused credits to API providers because of errors by Typing Mind on top of my subscription to their developer who constantly brags about his revenue on X. The sad and shady reality of start-up SaaS these days. Edit - I contacted customer service at the time of the issue. Very poor response and experience. For obvious reasons, I am no longer a customer.

Non existent customer support. keep getting "Sorry, OpenAI has rejected your request. Here is the error message from OpenAI: Unsupported parameter: 'temperature' is not supported with this model." and no way to contact anyone. aleady paid unfortunately.

ich bin nicht überzeugt. hier kann man mit Automationen wie make.com sich die gleichen Funktionen und noch viel mehr besser bereitstellen. Es hießt, dass es eine Geld zurück Garantie gibt, wenn man nicht zufrieden ist. ich habe getestet, es hat mir nicht gefallen, ich habe nach 2 Wochen um eine Erstattung gebeten und absolut nichts ist passiert! Niemand antwortet, keine Erstattung auf der Kreditkarte

Initially, I was thrilled by the idea of paying just once for the app and only covering API usage costs. *BUT THEN*, I discovered the near impossibility of using it across multiple devices with the measly 10 MB of free cloud storage provided. Want more storage? Prepare to fork over a ridiculous $10/month for 1 GB or an outrageous $20/month for 5 GB. I’m beyond frustrated to learn this *after* purchasing the Premium Version.
