This is a very good website BUT…
This is a very good website that can help you type very efficiently and desserves a 5 star! HOWEVER, the ads are destroying the experience because there is delay and all pages are lagging - that's sad when you want something fluid to increase your speed.

3/5 stars
It works well, I guess. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have to learn how to type for a very important reason, because it is a fairly long (about 3 hours) course for just the 'basics'. However, it did show me how to type correctly, so it technically works. Be ready for long, repetitive exercises without any offers of a certificate!

No way of contacting support
The website is good and does what it's made for, however, I'm facing a technical issue and there's no way to contact support, there's no link to a "Contact Us" page and there's no email to send to.

Dislike the features when syncing with clever!
I have a huge list of classes that I sync through Clever. I would love to be able to add or delete kids and be able to change class names! I have a t least 4 classes that are all named the same thing so I have to look at the number of students and in a couple classes they also have the same number a nightmare to ensure opening of the correct class the first time!

Hi Amber, Clever accounts are synced nightly based upon the data shared with Clever for Typing.com. When Clever syncs with Typing.com, accounts are created and linked to teacher accounts that have been set according to the data your district has shared. To make changes to your classes or students (add/remove students, add co-teachers, change the name of a class, etc) you need to make the changes in Clever first, and then you need to wait for your typing.com teacher account to re-sync overnight. If you need more information you can send us an email at [email protected].
