I have thoroughly enjoyed using your website and typing activities for my classes this year. The kids are excited to play the games and I've seen a huge increase in their typing skills. Thank you for making this service free, it's greatly appreciated! Keep up the awesome work, and please know that you truly have an incredible and effective product. Thank you again.

Quick response with a solid answer to my question from Hector.

Feedback was moderately fast and they solved the issue with great ease!

When I got problems, the support team helps me quickly.

The first good things is that the website is free to use and provides free certificates with each assessment at the end of the unit based on the performance, I don't need to pay money to learn the basics or get a digital certificate, which helps in my case. Secondly, there are many exercises and practices that helps master the letter when learning how to type something new. I have no worries over not being ready with the amount of practice present. Lastly, the team itself is friendly and helpful and they reply fast. I encountered a problem with my account name and as soon as I contacted them, the problem was resolved within less than three hours. The website is also easy to use and is designed in a simple format where within few clicks I can continue from where I stopped.
