DO NOT BUY TYPHOON LABS IPTV SERVICE!!! IT IS A BIG SCAM!!! I am rating this IPTV service 1-star, if I could give 0-star or negative star I would. They’re a big joke of a company, a complete scam, they’re neither interested in customers’ satisfaction nor delivering a working service. The telephone numbers on their website belongs to an medical equipment company that sells hearing aids and other medical devices for seniors. I subscribed for a 1-year service [Order #1385] (December 26, 2023). My experience felt more like I was scammed into paying for the service. First of all the customer service takes forever to respond, I didn’t get the first login details till more than 24 hours after the purchase and after writing several emails. I should have sensed foul play at this point. When I finally got the login details, they won’t work. I contacted the customer care but they insisted that the login details I had were working. I took screen shots of the error messages I got and sent it to them but they didn’t do anything about it. I was given another set of login details (clearly indicating that the first set aren’t working), and it was exactly the same thing. I contacted the customer care again and respectfully requested a refund. I got a reply insisting that the new login details I was sent were okay and also accusing me of using the service!!! Despite the fact that I sent another set of pictures with the new login details and the error messages I got, they responded by saying: ‘…that I should not request for a refund because “they are trying to keep their company clean”…’ I felt so disrespected, embarrassed and completely taken advantage-of!! As I write today January 01, 2024 Typhoon Labs is yet to issue me a refund and the contact center has gone completely quiet on me!! To any prospective customers reading this review, I will strongly advise not to part with your hard-earned money to this company. They will not deliver any IPTV service, their customer care only responds to emails after 2 days and they will surely not refund your money. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM!!!

Used to be great. Customer service solved all my issues. Now it's dead in the water and I can't get a hold of anyone for help. Do not purchase !

To all of those complaining...when you sign up for these iptv services, it is with RISK of them shutting down...those saying they will be starting an investigation, going to the BBB...do you realize that these companies are not really legal, and an "investigation" will not happen...it will only show them you are also doing something "not right" I agree with the one review...NEVER pay for more then 3 months, as you should do your homework on iptv and you will see that this happens ALL.THE.TIME. It is sad tho, that is has finally happened to Typhoon. They were really good.

How is it possible that I pay for a full year and that I have been discharged from the service when I have not even 6 months of service I think that this company is a total scam and I am going by all means to do an investigation

Signed up for a year subscription to typhoon labs in October 2022 and it worked great until Monday 06/26/2023. That morning tried to log in and it just loaded for ever and went to a black screen with an android man in the right corner. My thing is why can't they tell us whats going on? If you are working to fix it and expect it to be back up tell us that, if you are done then say you're done! I'm afraid to move on to a different iptv provider because if Typhoon labs comes back up I will have wasted more money

I paid for a 6 month subscription and only got 3 months of streaming before this company shutdown. Some guy gave Typhoon Labs 5 stars and proceeded to tell everyone that we need to calm down because he speculates that the company has been hacked and they will be up soon. Smh If there is any truth to his speculation, then everyone should be very concerned about their financial information being compromised.

TyphoonLabs was ok while it worked, now it is MIA. I think the site was taken down. You will not be able to stream or talk to any customer service reps. The site is now gone and so is the money I paid as they still owe me 2 months.
