Warning fake they sell you fake stuff and take your money

received my delivery from XCTEE as i ordered a human hair topper in light brown but received a fake shiny polyester full head wig in a reddish brown. I emailed they 4 days ago to ask about returning for a refund and have had no reply... e malied then again 2 days ago asking for a response and how to get a refund and have had no reply i ordered this off an advert i saw on instagram... beware,,, what you order is not what they send

It was not the shirt I ordered, it was too small and I can’t get a hold of anybody to process a return or a refund.

All these people with 5 stars rating are a bunch of BS. lol A lady said “2 months later still not have received”. Uhm, and you still gave a 5 stars? That’s funny. I placed order over a month ago and STILL isn’t finished with “printing”. First of all how long does it take to print? Did you have to fly oversea? But that still only takes 24 hours max. And then, they refunded 30% of your original payment. Where is your policy stating of that 30% refund? But I see that you’re stating 5-20 business days. Its been over 24 business days and printing still isn’t completed. What a scammy ass company. You probably take as long as you need for people to forget they even placed an order with you.

I ordered a tee shirt on 6/9/2020. Checked the status, the PROCESSING didn’t start until 6/28/2020. I sent an email; 1st response was generic. I demanded a response specific to my order. I received a response with a small credit. To which I didn’t request that. Tomorrow marks one month and the status states; Processing. My next step is a report to the Federal Trade Commission. This unprofessional and unacceptable.

Hi, This is the biggest scam. I have placed an order for a t-shirt a month ago and paid for it. The order never came and now my order is no longer available on their website for tracking.

I ordered my TX TEE for my husbands birthday. I have had notification that the Tee has been sent but have no receipt and I have no contact details of TX TEE to find out where my tees are. The track and trace provided tells me the items have been shipped, 5 weeks ago but still not here
