Service started with a chat with Candra. Had a question about a new radio and syncing it with existing radios. She asked me to call her and walked me through the process. So grateful. Older units needed new earpieces. Because of Candra's help, an order was placed with your company. Shipping was super fast. New employee started on Monday and we had a head piece for her by Tuesday.
