Ken, if your Walmart location is using the Motorola RDM2070d you have the right headset. Please give us a call at 855-770-7194 and we'll help you troubleshoot the issue. Could be a bad radio too...

They said they had the product in stock when I ordered. Order still hasn't been filled one week later. They sure took the money out immediatly. They blame it on covid, then weather. All BS. Don't recommend.
