The movers were nice but moved at a snail’s pace. The original 2-3 hour estimate bled into 5.5 hours and the job did not get done.
The moving truck was half empty on top when they drove away, leaving me hanging with items in the driveway. Picture below.
They said that Uhauls don’t have enough security points to attach the tie downs to, so it was difficult for them to fit everything in.
My husband and I had to unpack half the truck to then hire a different crew and reload it properly. Everything DID fit.
The GM, Cole, said they couldn’t help us - he did nothing to even attempt to rectify the situation. He was more concerned about being clear that “because we repacked the truck, they’re not liable for anything.”
First 3 pictures are what I was left with. Final few are the end result, after we fixed what Two Men left us with.
I wasn’t my offered ANY kind of refund despite that our cross-country departure was postponed, travel plans skewed, sacrificed our own backs, paid a lot more than what was on the estimate. Had to hire ANOTHER crew to help us do what Two Men was supposed to. Highly unsatisfactory.
I have received nothing but curtness and blatant lies from the GM, Cole. They did NOT recommend that I get a larger uhaul ahead of time. (I rented the largest one in the fleet, for a piece of mind.) He’s saying I didn’t provide safety materials (moving blanket and ratchet straps) but I 100% did. They did not use all I provided, plus I had tons more they could’ve used. They definitely didn’t have any issues using my Alan keys and power driver!
The original core values of Two Men and a Truck include Care, Integrity, Give Back to the Community, The Grandma Rule (treat everyone as if they were your Grandma – with dignity, respect, and patience), Inclusion, and Be Your Best and Have Fun —- I most definitely did NOT receive any of this treatment from Cole.
The Bozeman franchise isn’t living up to the core values and the head shed isn’t holding them accountable. SMH

Think twice before using this company!
Think twice before using this company!! I had referred my son to 2 men and a truck because I had a good experience with my move. My son and daughter in law did not have the same experience unfortunately. The crew they had showed no care at all with their belongings! They dropped his $6000 tv while moving it not once but twice and when they got to the new home it would not turn on. They also dropped his dresser, dragged his mattress across the grass giving it grass stains and lost brackets for a Cabinet. They ordered brackets for the cabinet. They sent out someone to assess the repair needed for the Dresser as the drawers don't open and close like they should now. Still waiting on that repair to be done. TV repair man came out and said the TV is ruined and would cost more to fix than replace. Two guys and a Truck responded by telling my son they would give him $3500 which is $2000 less than it would cost to replace it. I originally felt the company showed some integrity in their response to the damage done by their negligent crew but i am retracting that due to their most recent response to the situation. They had said that they were going to do the right thing and make things right, but this is far from the right thing and is definitely not right! Read the reviews on this company and you will see my sons experience is not an isolated incident. Consumer Affairs has 367 one-star reviews. Other review sites are not much different. This company could improve their customer relations just by doing the right thing!

THE MOST expensive moving quote I EVER…
THE MOST expensive moving quote I EVER received. Only having them move furniture from a bachelor style setting (3 dressers/apt size fridge/couch/king matttress & boxspring/small round dining table 4 chairs/mini fireplace tv stand combo)- no boxes/accessories etc.
To be told I will be charged 179/hr with 3 hr min move charge PLUS 350 truck charge (Uhaul charges 29.99/day for size I need) with taxes that's almost 900 bucks to move to an address 15 mins away -- definitely a company all about money OVER service

Do NOT use them
Do not use them. 0 stars - West Chester, OH location destroyed a $2500 leather couch and a $1500 queen mattress. They loaded a pressure washer sideways and gasoline spilled everywhere. The employees didn’t apologize. They were pissed off children cursing and being rough with our stuff after they discovered what they had done. Follow up from their manager the next day still didn’t include an apology but did include a 1 liner from their liability clauses and said they would not be covering anything. I’m going to contact Chase. I have never been treated this poorly. Awful, awful experience. In complete disbelief.

I am writing to formally complain about…
I am writing to formally complain about the moving services provided by Two Men and a Truck on May 27, 2026.
I hired your company on May 22, 2026, for a move scheduled on May 27, 2026. The agreed estimate for the move was between four and six hours for a partial household move consisting of approximately one bedroom and part of a living room. I was also charged an additional $75 fee to ensure that my mattress and furniture would be properly wrapped and protected to avoid damages. The total estimated cost provided to me was $1,391.
The movers arrived late at approximately 9:30 a.m. after reportedly getting lost several times while attempting to locate my address. From the beginning, the workers appeared extremely inexperienced and worked at an unreasonably slow pace. It took them more than four hours just to load the truck, which was completely unacceptable given the size of the move.
During the loading process, I contacted Jose Andino multiple times to report the excessive delays. By approximately 1:00 p.m., the movers were still loading the truck. Throughout the move, my family and I repeatedly instructed the movers to be more careful with our belongings. Their responses were dismissive, including statements such as, “It’s okay” and “It’s no big deal.”
The furniture was then transported to my new address. Once again, we requested that the movers handle the furniture carefully, but our concerns were ignored. In addition, despite paying for a full-service move that included disassembling and reassembling furniture, my family and I were forced to assist the movers by holding doors and helping facilitate the move. Although the movers had been informed of the building’s required move-in time frame, these concerns were dismissed. Ultimately, the building supervisor had to make an exception to allow the movers to finish and remove furniture that had been left sitting in the hallway.
At the conclusion of the move, several items were left unfinished, and two chairs were never delivered. At this time, I still do not know the location of those chairs. Furthermore, despite the damages caused to my furniture and the incomplete services provided, I was informed that I would still be charged $1,992 instead of the original estimate of $1,391.
After the move, I again contacted Jose Andino to report the damages and missing items. I was told the driver would complete a damage report; however, no report was ever provided to me. I was then informed that because the company would be busy on May 28, 2026, I would not receive a call from a manager for at least 48 hours. I find this completely unacceptable. A matter of this seriousness should be addressed with urgency.
I am an elderly woman who was willing to pay the necessary cost to avoid having to physically assist with the move and to ensure that my belongings would be handled professionally and with care. Instead, I have been left with damaged furniture, missing items, incomplete services, and an apartment that I am now forced to refurnish. I have even been left without a bed to sleep on as a result of this experience.
Your company was hired to perform a professional moving service. Instead, it appeared that two inexperienced employees with little or no moving experience were assigned to my move, resulting in substantial inconvenience, stress, and financial loss.
As a result of this unacceptable service, I am requesting the following:
Full reimbursement of the $1,992 charged for services that were not performed according to the contract and for the damages caused.
Compensation for all damaged furniture, including the removal and replacement of damaged items.
An immediate investigation regarding the missing chairs and either their return or reimbursement for their value.
A copy of the damage report that was promised but never provided.
Please contact me promptly to resolve this matter. If this issue is not addressed appropriately and in a timely manner, I am prepared to pursue further action through my credit card company, consumer protection agencies, the Better Business Bureau, and any other legal remedies available to me.
I expect a prompt response regarding this matter, as I need to be fully moved in no later than May 30, 2026.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Stockbridge, GA location. The communication and pricing were very unprofessional. Joshua Gray and an operator named Coco failed to clearly explain that the company offers separate loading and packing packages, which resulted in unexpected higher costs. Coco explained what packing services would include but failed to mention they were part of a completely separate package at an additional cost.
When the movers arrived, they had little to no packing materials, and the process felt unnecessarily slow, which only increased the final bill far beyond the original estimate. They also did not handle my belongings with care, which added even more frustration to the experience. After I spoke with their boss in an attempt to get the situation corrected, the movers displayed poor attitudes instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. On top of that, the movers left their used supplies and trash all over the house without cleaning up after themselves, which was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Despite the confusion, wasted time, misleading information, careless handling, and lack of professionalism, no discount or proper resolution was offered. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

PLEASE do not hire this moving company
PLEASE do not hire this moving company. Their staff is not trained. The damage they caused to my house, moving my furniture, has been devastating, and the damage to my furniture caused by their incompetence is indescribable. The answer to my complaint was "YOU SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED THE INSURANCE TO COVER THE MOVING STAFF." Customers get to insure their staff????

Horrible
Horrible! They've overcharged my Visa by $496 (a 30% increase over their estimate), over the amount of the sales order they gave us at the end that we signed. They are completely dishonest and incompetent.
