While I applaud them for removing a big refrigerator they ruined my doors and took my dolly. Owner called me brought a new handle for screen door but didn’t work becoz I could not get my screen door open, when I got home from work. Needless to say I was upset and called owner. He stated he’d replace door. Then a few weeks went by and he changed his mind and said he’d put a different handle on screen door. Well he hasn’t shown up. They also scratched main door when I told them they should probably take door off before they take fridge out.
Owner hasn’t replaced screen door like he said he would and seems to make this my fault. I would not recommend this company as I’m still waiting for resolution in my case. If I could give zero for interaction with them I would. Owner not a true to his word guy.

Bad way to advertise
We are trying to sell our house which is unoccupied and in another state.
Even though we have no soliciting signs posted on the front and back yards, Two Men and a Truck left a large cardboard box on our front porch with their name on it, as a form of advertising. We saw this via our security cameras.
When I called the company to complain and ask that they pick it up, she didn't see why it was a problem and said they might pick it up if they had time.

An Absolute Nightmare From Start to Finish
What I thought would be a smooth and professional move turned into a nightmare—and the way this company has handled the damage afterward has been just as disappointing. I was initially assured by the movers that my belongings were in good hands. I was even advised that I likely did not need additional insurance because they felt my furniture would be well protected. I trusted their judgment. That was a mistake. My expensive Ethan Allen furniture, which was in excellent condition before the move, was damaged during the move. Five dining chairs, my dining table, and my bed frame were damaged, along with damage to my walls. Then came the insult: the company’s initial offer was only $110 for the damaged furniture and $25 for the wall repair. Yes—$135 total for the damage to my expensive furniture and property. Rather than taking responsibility and working toward a reasonable resolution, I have spent an exhausting amount of time going back and forth with the company over furniture weights, valuation, and repairs. I have had to repeatedly explain that these were valuable, well-maintained pieces of furniture—not disposable items. They also wanted to send their repair person to work on my expensive furniture. After the way this entire situation has been handled, I simply do not have the confidence or trust to allow someone they select to repair my belongings. The damage was frustrating, but the company’s response has been even more disappointing. A company should be judged not only by how it performs when everything goes right, but by how it treats its customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this company has left me feeling that once they had my money, I was on my own. My advice: document everything, get every promise in writing, and do not rely solely on what the movers tell you about insurance or how your belongings will be handled. BI expected professionalism, accountability, and care. Instead, I got damaged furniture, damaged property, and a long, frustrating battle just to be treated fairly. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Can not follow simple, repeated instructions and caused damage to an antique mirror because of that! I hope you have nothing else do on moving day but babysit because that is what you will need to do to make sure your belongings are not damaged. Were told repeatedly in email, text, verbally, and to their faces to remove and pack the mirror like it is the Mona Lisa. They came into the new place carrying it openly with zero coverage/box/nothing despite instruction, despite paying extra for crating. Unbelievable! I freaked and told them it was supposed to be packed and to crate it at once. Crating to them meant taking two boxes and taping them together over it, no bubble, sheet, nothing. So it's our fault apparently that it took too long to unpack and have the mirror hung, 2 weeks??!!, to discover the damage caused by their employees. Absolute nonsense and save yourself and hire a real company!!!!!!!

Highly DO NOT recommend using this company
Highly DO NOT recommend using this company. They did not have us sign a contract for the quote but when we needed to cancel BEFORE the deadline, they charged us for the minimum estimated total for ABSOLUTELY NO WORK DONE. We tried talking to them about it and to see if we could reschedule, they hung up on us. Our boss called them to try and talk to them and they HUNG UP on her as well. Please save yourself a headache and your wallet by not using this very unprofessional company.

**DO NOT BOOK TWO MEN AND A TRUCK**
I am writing this review on my sister's behalf because she and her partner are still moving late into the evening today due to the disruption this company caused.
My sister booked Two Men and a Truck several weeks in advance for a move scheduled at 9:30 a.m. today. She and her partner both took time off work and spent the morning waiting, but the movers never showed up.
No one from the company called, texted, or provided any advance warning. My sister had to contact them herself to ask where they were. Only hours later did they call back and say that all of their trucks were broken and they could not complete the move that day.
It is completely unacceptable for a professional moving company to wait until after the scheduled arrival time, and until the customer calls, to disclose that it cannot provide a service reserved weeks in advance.
They could not provide another truck or crew and offered virtually nothing to make up for the inconvenience. When my sister asked to speak with a supervisor, she was told the supervisor was on a break and would call within 30 minutes. The call came over an hour later and there was still no meaningful resolution. My sister and her partner lost work time and were left scrambling to find another mover at the last minute.
I understand that this company has many positive reviews, but how a business responds when something goes wrong matters just as much. This experience showed a complete lack of communication, urgency, accountability, and respect for their customers' time. Moving day is too important and time-sensitive to take this kind of risk. People arrange their schedules, take time off work, and depend on the company they hired to show up. The way this situation was handled makes booking them not worth the gamble.
I am also planning a move in a couple weeks, we both chose Two Men and a Truck weeks ago, I am so glad she warned me so I can save myself the added stress and find a different company now. I am sharing this because my sister is too busy dealing with the consequences to post it herself and I genuinely do not want this to happen to anyone else.
NOTE: This experience was with the Santa Location, 1580 E Edinger Ave p, Santa Ana, CA 92705. The franchise manager is Melissa C.

No Men and No Truck
Via text, they cancelled a local 9:00 am move in Savannah at 8:50 am on a Friday. The next available time they had was Wednesday. Please call anyone else besides No Men and No Truck.

I wish I had just moved everything myself
I wish I had just moved everything myself. I moved most of my boxes to my new place except for my furniture. This is because of my health. My apartment told me to use Two Men and a Truck.
I was told that the truck would be at my house from 9-10 am. And that I would get a call from 8-9 am. I did not get a call until 10:10 am. The truck got to my house at 10:45. 45 minutes late. The men also smelled like pot. They seem to rush everything, which I appreciate the speed, but when they just drop boxes on the floor as they did, it felt like they had no care for the status of my things.
At one point, they are carrying my desk down the stairs. I watch as multiple parts are dragged and bent in areas that should not bend. We all heard multiple cracks. They continue and load it on the truck with no wrap of any kind.
When we got to the new place, they unloaded everything and scratched the walls in some areas. Again, very frustrating. They decided to unload my desk last, which was weird because it should have been at the back of the truck.
I watched as they moved the desk to the corner and had it lean on the wall to make it look like it's standing. After they said it was done, I walked to my desk and pressed it with one finger, and it almost fell apart. I said it's not put together. So they pretended to try and fix it for 10 minutes. I pressed on it again, showing them all the parts that are broken. They respond, " Well, you did get the insurance". I paid 143 dollars extra for it.
They left, so I duct-taped all over the desk to keep it stable. But when I called, they told me they needed photos of the damage, so I had to remove the tape. While removing the tape, the whole desk fell apart into pieces. Literally unfixable.
I took pictures and attempted to file a claim. The website kept bugging and took 3 tries to file a claim. I then got an email from a rep, and they started this email with I won't get paid as much as I expect.
I am still waiting for their offer. But after losing a desk that's worth around 300 dollars and paying 143 dollars, I worry I'll be losing a significant amount of money.
My advice is to not go with this company.
