The Person I dealt with claims to be a cofounder, but failed to provide any substantial final files for the agreed-upon work. When I asked for a refund, they simply said no and blocked me everywhere we were communicating, deleted every message, and acted like they didn't exist at all. I am out of my money, and I will be suing them for sure. but putting it out here so others can avoid them in future.
