I am afraid I do not speak French, but Google translate tells me you "can't install" your overlay, which I am finding a little confusing. Our downloads are made up of files in standard graphic formats (GIF, JPG, etc) so there is not really an install required. Each product page also has a section (Download Contents) telling you exactly what's in the download, so you can always check what to expect and make sure it's compatible with your setup. Finally, as well as this there's a few different ways you can reach us before you buy to make sure your chosen download is compatible. We have a contact form: https://twitchoverlay.com/contact/ and we're @TwitchOverlay or TwitchOverlaySocial on most social platforms. Could you please email me ([email protected]) with more information on your problem, and I will personally look into it and try to help.
