Terrible. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service for about a week. No luck. My package was delivered to a UPS checkpoint without my knowledge ( previously samples were sent to my house) . It sat at CVS for days… Awful, experience purchasing a $295.00 perfume! Also, I still have a question regarding my purchase and still can’t get anyone to respond!

Had a similar experience to someone else here. Don’t order samples from them!! They will send you messy squeeze bottles and spritzers with broken nozzles. The product pages indicate that you will receive a spray vial, but what you actually receive is just a hodgepodge of whatever free samples they have laying around (and they charge customers $5+ for them!!). I wouldn’t trust them for any other purchases! There are better fragrance suppliers out there! If this happens to you, please report them to your state’s consumer protection agency because it’s an illegal practice. They will also not refund you if you complain bc they’ve purposely buried some disclaimer deep in their FAQ section. They need to be fined!

I received three 2ml spray samples (one arrived leaking) and two 1ml single-use squeeze packets of fragrance (which spill everywhere), despite the photo showing spray vials for them. I contacted support and they basically said tough luck, our FAQ says it can be anything that's 1-2ml. That was my first and last time using Twisted Lily.

amazing selection, mostly niche fragrances but they do sell out fast on things that are the best. fast delivery, test stripes, coupon code. i know that i am leaving a lot out but this is my number one and only one i go to for samples. if you want vials then you can go to scent bird for that but they wont necessarily have the same frangrances.
