Talk about a business doomed to fail. Horrible product. But even worst customer service. All 3 jars showed up damaged and open with the dough everywhere. This was a health risk, with no warning. Then they refused to give a refund. This is just a greedy company with bad business practices and a shitty product. They have no shot at long-term success. AVOID.

I was actually the individual helping you out and offered you a complete reship to cover the damaged items or a gift card to cover the complete order so you could place a replacement. You declined on these unfortunately. No we do not offer refunds, and that is stated all over our website, but we will always make sure for any damages, stolen or lost packages, the customer gets what they ordered. Sorry that you did not want a replacement.

This is knock off version of American Dream Nut Butter(Don't Buy) Lower Quality.
Their branding is too similar to American Dream Nut Butter. This product from twisteddough tasted horrible. Even with tasting 4 different flavors, they all had the same strong chemical aftertaste. The smell is just low quality. It's not creamy or delicious. There was no difference in taste among the four different flavors. I can't ask for a refund under the terms, so I'm writing a review. Do not buy, there are better alternatives, this was not worth the price or value.

Poor customer service
Got my product delivered and package was thrown on my driveway opened up 3 of the 6 containers and 2 were filled halfway when I contacted the company they did not offer to send me new ones just that they were filled to 2 ounces well I am not a rocket scientist but if I get a 2 ounces jar it should be filled to the top poor customer service will not buy again I also sent her pictures and told them they need to do quality control and may need to calibrate the machine I wish I could add the pictures I send them but I do not see where to attach them

Inside the packaging was very wet and…
Inside the packaging was very wet and warm. It says to immediately put in refrigerator. The first taste was a definite.NO for me because it was very gritty and did not have a good taste. I tried the cookie dough hazelnut and it went straight to the trashcan. I don’t know if it should’ve stayed cold during shipment and that’s why it was so gritty and had a bad taste, but a little hesitant to try the others.

It was just all weird
It was just all weird. The 6 mini jars came in a bubble wrap padded envelope, wrapped so entirely and so thick with packing tape that it broke my scissors trying to cut into. When i finally go into it, there was no packing slip at all, 3 of the tops werent twisted all the wayon and 2 had leaked. The jars have no labels other than the flavor that was in the jar, no nutrition info, serving sizes, storage instructions, expiration date, batch numbers, completely blank jar except for the flavor name. Despite all that weirdness i tried them each anyway. They weren't bad. Intense flavor, weird texture, super sweet and sticky in the mouth. Overall, typical of a protein product tbh. Not good enough to keep me a a regular customer especially with no refunds or product guarantees. I ordered 6 flavors and only was able to tolerate one and that still left a terrible after taste.
It was all pretty, disconcerting, it honestly felt like i was getting a knock off from a fake company the way it was packaged.
Also the inside of the package had a lot of condensation and smelled a little musty

First I want to say that I am sorry you did not like the flavors you ordered! I also want to call out you ordered 2oz minis which indeed have a label right on the top of the jar. It calls out the flavor and the calories, protein, carbs and fat per serving! The detailed nutritional info is right on our website on the exact page you went to when you added that jar to your cart.
It is too bad you went with a 1 star review instead of reaching out to our customer service team who is always happy to help! While we cannot refund for taste as stated on our website, our team is always there to lend a helping hand to maybe find you a flavor you really love.
For the packaging: as also stated on our website and on the summer shipping label that was on your order. During the summer months it is normal for your package to have condensation. The jars are shipped frozen and are safe for high heat transit, but there will be condensation that occurs due to carriers not having AC on their trucks. The smell is also a normal smell when cardboard gets wet.
Nonetheless, we appreciate you giving us a try, even if we weren't for you.

Awful Taste
The taste is awful- it tastes like a gooey version of all a chalky protein bar. So disappointed. Would not recommend.

The product comes very weird it's very pasty it's a good concept but it's just not a good taste.
I always usually look for 100% money back guarantees because people that have good products stand behind their product this is not one of those companies.
Don't end up $70 in the hole on something that you're not going to eat in today's economy!!!!
Anyone asked me about this company I will give them the worst reviews each and every time for stealing $70 on something I will not eat!!!! Good job

Awful product, terrible policies
Awful product. It tastes like chemicals and chalk. I tried every flavor to make sure I wasn’t missing anything … and I wasn’t. I tossed them all. Their no refund policy is because they know their product is probably going to be returned due to expectations. Viking’s powdered cookie dough protein is MUCH better.
