Extremely concerning return/refund experience
Really disappointing experience. I returned a dress they had approved for return and shipped it to the exact address they provided. FedEx confirmed delivery on July 26, including a delivery photo. I followed up multiple times about my refund and eventually got a response nearly a month later saying they would inspect my return upon receiving it. I never received the refund and ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. I would be very cautious ordering from this company, especially if you think you may need to make a return.
