Hey John - thanks for sharing this and for giving Twin a try! We really appreciate the honest feedback. One thing we’d really encourage is reaching out to us at [email protected] whenever you’re unsure about how to structure an automation or how credits might be used. We’re always happy to help you think through the workflow before you commit to a bigger build. Starting with a smaller task and gradually expanding the agent is often the best way to get familiar with Twin, understand how it behaves, and keep things more predictable while you build. That said, we really appreciate you, and let us know if we can help with anything :)

Hey Austin - thanks so much for sharing this! Just wanted to make sure we understand what you mean here. Twin can be used in English, so you should be able to communicate with your agents and build your automations in English as well. If you meant something else, feel free to clarify a bit and we’ll be happy to help!
