Great place to get together with friends/family to talk and make a cute item to take home, was ok doing my own thing but usually get a little more "do this" "try that" input. I didn't ask for any additional help but the lady was very friendly and explained things well.

I had so much fun at Twigs & Fig making moss art, that I came back to build a terrarium! The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the plants in the store. This time around I noticed they sell adult beverages. I’m not sure if it’s a new feature, but I didn’t notice it last time. I thoroughly enjoyed the spiked cold brew! I’ll be back again soon!

I ordered a Christmas wreath online from Twiggs and Figs and picked it up at my local store in Ballantyne-Charlotte, NC. The wreath is absolutely beautiful, and the quality is excellent. The materials are dried but everything looks fresh. I am very pleased and will order again.

After discussing our needs for our event, Twigs and Figs have been wonderful about answering lingering questions, finding the right project and being prepared. From enquiring to signing the contract has been seamless, and we are looking forward our event in February.
