I am a repeat customer however, lately I have found the tweezers are dull and or loose their sharpness often. I just returned my last purchase for the same reason . The quality has gone way down. I will find a better quality product .

Bought a two pack for $30 and within 3 months the slant nosed tweezers already broke in half. Way to expensive. Lesson learned. Don't waste your money!

In the past I found it was impossible to get any proper customer service after sending tweezers from the UK for resharpening. I had to follow up for months before my tweezers were returned - well after the anticipated date. My experience was so bad that I now just buy a new pair as it is cheaper than going through the process of paying for the postage and waiting for a minimum of 3 to 4 months for your tweezers to be returned. I do not recommend Tweezerman and have negative feelings about the way it operates - mainly due to the fact that it does not value its customers and the woeful service it provides. .

.I can't use the tweazers they are so so sharp they hurt my face.

Poor quality, i bought the black clippers and also the stainless steel clippers.They are both horrible.They slide off the nail, opening is too small to grip the nail, etc. Not usable.

They offer “free” sharpening for their tweezers; that may be so however the tweezers have to go to the USA for sharpening at our cost of postage which is circa £16 (out and return)! If you offer “free” sharpening it should be no cost and in the UK if you retail here!

For 200kr brude man få jordens bedste pincet! En billig fra Temu, Shein osv er lige så dårlig som den her! Nu er det 2. gang jeg køber en for, igen, 200kr!, som er elendig. Den første var okay et par uger, så tog den ikke fat mere. Den jeg lige har købt, tager overhovedet ikke fat i hårene, og hvis fen gør, kan man ikke klemme nok sammen for at trække håret ud. Er det virkelig så svært, at lave en ordentlig pincet???!

Gold tweezers puchased at £24 - very expensive but not effective. I bought a smaller mini pink Tweezerman pair which were much cheaper and have been far more effective. Tweezerman was not interested in my comments. I see no point in spending more on their expensive brand, which is certainly not worth it.
