I've never been more impressed with the quality and selection of products than I have been from Tweedle Farms. The communication was excellent, the shipping was quick, and the prices are right on the money giving me exactly what I wanted to get. Packaging was odor free and incognito. Thank you so much and keep up the excellent work! Highly recommend and will order again!

I rate the product 5 stars but the company definitely not I placed a almost 200$ order around 5:30 AM on a Thursday payed 40$ for 2nd day air didn’t receive my package until the following Monday was told “the weekends don’t count” so I payed 40$ for shipping that i could have gotten in the same amount of time as 15$ shipping if the weekends don’t count for 2nd day shipping you shouldn’t offer it after Wednesday I will say I got a 20$ gift card as compensation that at least did that! But don’t think I’ll use it

Hi Michael,
I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience shopping with us. Unfortunately we have no control over when UPS picks up and/or ships packages, and they make it clear that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered "business days" to them. This rule applies to any business on the planet that uses UPS, and I have never heard of a business that doesn't offer 2 day shipping after Wednesday. You placed your order at 3:25 AM PST on the 17th, and we had it processed and ready to ship by 12:45 PM on the same day, which by anyones standard is excellent. Also, you received your package on Monday January 21st, which was actually a holiday, and is within the 2 business day shipping time since it went out on Thursday. I am confused as to how you are so upset with us to give a 2 star review when we clearly far exceeded our stated 48 hours processing time, and on top of that sent you a $20 gift card to make up for you being upset. It sounds like you are actually upset with UPS. Could you please tell me anything we could have done differently? In any case, again, I am sorry you are not totally satisfied with us and if there is anything further we can do, please do not hesitate to contact me.
