I've made several orders from TF and was only slightly unhappy with one order. I was not upset enough to contact them so I've no idea how they deal with customer complaints. Cheers.

An excellent company with superior products. Incredibly quick shipping, too! Great customer service- every transaction is handled with attention and care. TF has excellent service
TF has excellent service, whether it is emails or facebook messages they reply super fast. I'm impressed by their quality & appreciate the discreet smell free packaging they use. I also appreciate the included lab work.
