Before you buy this, MAKE SURE HEMP IS LEGAL IN YOUR STATE. I live in Texas, where it is FEDERALLY legal. Of the course the website says “legal in all 50 states”, but I actually was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. When they field test it, it shows positive for marijuana. After all was said and done, I found out that hemp is not legal in Texas. Do not let these companies lie to you. It is not legal in all 50 states. Here’s a little tip for all who live in Texas, CBD oil and gummies, or anything that is altered out of its original state, IS A FELONY, Despite the hundreds of CBD stores all around Texas that claim it’s completely legal. BE CAREFUL with this stuff. Keep it at home. You WILL go to jail if you get caught with it.
