The product helped greatly with mood elevation and anxiety although the aid with sleep has been the greatest benefit for me. I have BIpolar type 2 and general anxiety disorder; hemp is a great addition to my regular treatment plan. It allows me to refrain from popping another pill when I am restless at night.
