NEW EDIT: I would have to say, Tweedle Farms has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Jordan apologized for the lack of communication due to a mixup in customer names. The replacement was shipped with priority and I received it within 2 days, from west to east coast. Thank you so much again and I would recommend everyone to go buy something from them! Their price, product, and customer service is superb! Original: Purchased a mystery ounce and expected some trim/sugar leaves. When I received the bag, there an extremely finely grounded up plant material that a distinct smell of hay. I immediately messaged the customer service representative and Jordan Tweedle (CS manager) responded by saying that they had recently "started using a new sifting machine that sifts out all of the stems, seeds, and extra trimmy stuff and leaves you with that fine keif like powder." She told me that they would be able to send a replacement with what was originally advertised but immediately stopped responding when I asked if I could be reshipped something of equal value as the trim definitely did not work for me. Horrible customer service, messaged them countless times but haven't responded in two weeks.

Hi Jason, First off, I want to say that we are SO sorry you had this experience. We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service and are going to make sure nothing like this ever happens again. Although our team went through our inboxes and were unable to find an email exchange with you, Jordan confirmed that she does remember this conversation. She just reached out to you via email and phone and will be available to resolve this situation however possible. Thank you very much, Andrew Tweedle Farms C.O.O.

I got the 4 gram sample pack to see if I liked the flower. Every variety in the sample pack was good and I did get over a gram in each pack. The only thing I wish is that I could buy more of my favorite strain in the pack. The strain I liked the most isn't available for sale right now.
