This is my first time ordering and so far, excellent on line service and expecting excellent delivery. Worked will with Pam on line and looking forward to good delivery.

My interaction with Pam was wonderful. She was extremely patient with me, answering the many questions that I had about my purchase. She was very informative and exhibited excellent customer service skills. Although I was thinking about waiting to purchase, it was Pam's excellent customer service that I credit for placing my order today.

I called in today looking for a particular dining set. I asked Walter if they deliver to my zip he asked and was disappointed when he said no..Then within a few minutes Walter.called back and said per his manager it can be. I was so happy and Walter took the time to get my order, address email etc, from me so there would be no mess up. He was very kind and helpful. You don't receive good customer service like this anymore. It's always about time and speed. Not quality and patience. Walter thank you for providing me with the quality and patience!

She was courteous and patient while I explained my situation of closing on a new house in a different state and trying to have furniture delivered during the time I'll be there next month. I’ve been wanting the Bernhardt Adagio Buffet. I figured I should call around and get the best price possible. Not only did Walter go above and beyond to get me the best price on a weekend, I informed him that I could not make the purchase till the following Tuesday. I was having a problem placing my order online. I even tried to do it over the phone, but they were too busy. Finally, later in the day I was able to chat with KATE, and she helped me place my order. I look forward to receiving my nightstand and my daughter’s bedroom furniture.
