My children have had an amazing experience with this program. The teachers are great and they cater to the needs of each of my children. They are willing to try new things and help my child grow and learn at her own pace. They also value and respect my input as a parent. This program gives my children the individualized attention that they need.

We worked with Tutored by Teachers to get some extra support through the summer, for our soon to be 4th grader. I was really impressed by the teachers ability to keep the lessons in a conversational tone rather than being too didactic, while still handling challenging material in math and reading comprehension. I'm planning to use them throughout the coming school year, it should be a great supplement to the challenges of attending school remotely.

We have been using Tutored by Teachers for a few weeks now and have been very happy with the service! When we first started, we met with two local teachers virtually and had the opportunity to ask questions and find the right fit. My son, who is 11, is going to begin school virtually this year and his tutoring sessions have helped him get into the mindset of learning virtually. His amazing tutor, Jessie, has been so flexible with times to meet and really does a great job in keeping him engaged and excited. I can also easily reach her via email and she is very responsive. I have nothing but good things to say about this program and I am thrilled that we have it! My son is also excited each week to connect with his tutor and I know that once the school year starts, she will be a wonderful source to help with school work.

We started with Tutored by Teachers for our 2nd grader and kindergartener. The teachers had thorough intake sessions with me to understand my kids needs and learning styles. My kids look forward to their tutor sessions and get so much out of the 1 on 1 time w the teachers. Unlike their school zooms, they get dedicated attention and get to focus on what they want to learn.

There are not enough stars to express how happy we are with Tutored by Teachers. We were looking for tutors for my daughters ages 9 and 14. Both had different educational needs. My 9-year-old needed extra support as COVID-19 and distance learning put a damper on learning the last few months of the school year. My 14-year-old sought out SAT prep as the program she planned to attend in this summer was cancelled. Enter Tutored by Teachers. Tutored by Teachers listened to my concerns and what I was looking for in a tutor. There is an abundance of tutors from all across the nation with numerous specialties. There were so many choices and I appreciated the help in narrowing down the selection. I was connected with several carefully vetted teachers who they thought might be a good fit for each of my daughters. In an “interview” with the tutors, I was able to explain my child’s needs, get a feel for their teaching style, how they would run a typical session, and what learning activities they found useful. This helped tremendously in choosing a tutor. Both girls enjoy working with their tutors and always look forward to their weekly sessions. No lie! My highly critical 14-year old even stated she preferred her tutor over some of her teachers. My 9-year old’s tutor is patient and tailored activities to my child’s interests which made learning fun and enjoyable. Our state will be starting the new school year in a distance learning format. It was a no brainer for us to continue with tutoring during this time. I always viewed tutoring as a luxury, but rates are reasonable, and the skills of educators is exceptional. Everyone from Tutored by Teachers was great to work with and the process was quick and efficient. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
