Great Products/Great Customer Service
I have to say this company is one of the best I have worked with. I solely use them for my synthetic turf applications. The order shows up on time, product is well made and is always up to my standards. Being in the landscaping business being able to trust my suppliers is a huge deal and this company is the real deal.

I did much research to see where to source putting green turf from. Your website was the only one that included installation instructions and when there was insufficient material there I called your help line and got immediate response and resolve to my queries, seaming and infill. Great job and very good product, I am very happy with my new putting green. Anthony Tucker

I am very pleased with my experience with Turf Factory Direct. I did not know anything about building a golf green. Danika helped me understand the different options to balance price and quality. After I received the turf, other staff members helped me with installation advice, at no charge!

Very happy!
Excellent customer service answering all my numerous questions. I am very pleased with my purchase- the turf has plenty of cushion for plyometric training but still solid enough to not feel spongy. The piece was easy to cut in half and looks great without the edges shedding. I highly recommend this product and company!
