The materials arrived quickly. The only down side was that we did not recieve notification of the shipment date until the day before it shipped. That made it harder to make the arrangements to receive the shipment.

TFD did an excellent job in processing our order and getting it on it's way in 2 days. Considering Memorial Day weekend, shipping company had our 15' roll of turf ready for delivery in NJ within 5 days. Great job. Turf looks great! Thank you!

I think they may have been short handed due to the virus. I had to call to initiate the processing and shipment of my order. The wrapping was torn during shipping and appears to have been rubbing, it has rubbed through the backing. I have not unrolled the turf as of yet, that will happen this weekend, hopefully all is well and there was extra footage sent for this very purpose. The shipping time was actually pretty quick and I am looking forward to installing it. UPDATE: No extensive shipping damage and we installed the Turf, WoW!! It looks amazing. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to do your ground prep work, it makes the difference. We also used lots of nails, every 4 inches on the perimeter and 1 every square foot. We also installed 2lbs of silica sand per square foot and brushed it in. All I can say is WOW!! I would definitely buy this product again. TFD 75 Special.

I requested samples for residential artificial turf. I received the samples in a timely manner and I think we have picked the one we like. My only hesitation is the shipping price for the turf.

Hi Ms. Olivas, Thank you for your feedback. It is much appreciated. We offer three flat rate shipping options. The first is free shipping delivered to a commercial location for orders exceeding 450 sq. ft. The second option is a $99 flat rate to a residence. The last option is $50 for orders less than the 450 sq/ ft option to a commercial location. The highest amount a customer will pay on freight is $99. The $99 residential charge is a subsidy only, as the freight company charges an additional fee for residential deliveries in comparison to commercial shipping. It covers about a quarter of the total freight charge. We absorb the majority of the freight charge. We hope we can earn your business.

Four years ago I received about 2000 sq ft of turf from you and it was fantastic. I laid it all myself at my previous house. About 6 weeks ago I ordered and received a 12x25 putting grade turf and am having wrinkle issues. The next shipment I received was fantastic. Lays and looks beautifull. The issues with the first order are being addressed and if they are c ok erected I would raise the rating to a five star.

It is very rare we have any issues with our products, however, if we determine there is an issue with the manufacturing process, we stand behind our integrity and warranty. I (Chandra) responded to the email we received in response to your claim. I apologize if I did not read your email correctly. I had misinterpreted your email to say it was the second roll with issues and not the first roll you received, which is why I asked to allow time for the material to acclimate to relax wrinkling during shipment, etc.. The difference in color variations is just a dye lot change, it can make the product appear a darker/lighter shade. Dye lot changes are typical with any type of dying involved (carpet, turf, curtains, etc). We like to inform our customers in the case they're placing the material directly beside a prior piece. This is standard practice (or should be) in the industry. I will be happy to look further into your claim tomorrow.
