BE CAREFUL in buying assets here, they're not as advertised!!!!!
I've purchased a very expensive 3D model of a city for presentation. The file is produced in studio max using Vray but there's an FBX file which I believe we could use in C4D using Octane. The models are missing a lot of important assets and looked totally different from the advertised image. I asked help from the support team but they insisted that the renderer used is different hence the lack of assets. they responded with a cinema 4d file which is supposedly a conversion but was even worse coz some of the details and objects was not included. I would be very careful in buying assets here. I ended up getting stock images for my presentation. what a joke.

Misleading 3D Model Advertisement and Disappointing Customer Support: A Cautionary Tale
I feel compelled to share my recent experience with turbosquid in hopes that it might prevent others from facing the same frustration. As an avid user of their platform, I have always trusted their product information and descriptions. However, this recent incident has left me deeply disappointed and questioning their integrity.
I came across a 3D model advertised on their website, labeled prominently as "V-Ray Compatible." Given that I rely heavily on V-Ray for my projects, this was a selling point that immediately caught my attention. Eagerly, I proceeded to purchase the model, only to find out later that the compatibility claim was far from accurate. The fine print, tucked away in a corner of the page, revealed that the model was, in fact, meant for Corona Renderer, a stark contrast to what was boldly advertised.
What followed was an even more disheartening experience with their customer support. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and seek a resolution, I was met with indifference and an apparent reluctance to acknowledge the issue. Instead of addressing the blatant misrepresentation, I was advised to simply accept the product as is, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.
Transparency and honesty are qualities I expect from any reputable business, and unfortunately, this incident has left a dent in my trust for [Website Name]. I strongly believe that customers should be treated fairly, especially when a company's claims are as misleading as this. My hope is that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others who might be considering making a purchase on their platform.
In conclusion, my experience with turbosquid has been disheartening and frustrating. I implore the company to reevaluate their practices and prioritize the accuracy of their product information. As consumers, we deserve better than misleading advertisements and lackluster customer support.

Its a bad website in many ways. Let me explain.
Terrible website UI looks outdated is unorganized. Stupid agreements on every single thing you can imagine, for example showcase image size has to be specific, no borders on image, and then all the stupid agreements they have with thousands of brands and they just take out your models out of nowhere. 3Dexport and CGtraders are one million times better plus youll make way more money since the royalties are way better (they rob half your money) and I always make more money with the other sites cause they have better conversions.

Artist gets about 30% of sales money...
Artist gets about 30% of sales money...
So, who made the goods?
Goods can be sold in many ways, but they wouldn't have what to sell without us!
There are millions of artists, but how many people work in TS? They are reviewing my model for TWO MONTHS!!!
How much do they earn??? Well, far more than artists, which is insane.
It's like mafia racketeering!

Just wanna buy something? Good luck.
Couldn't even buy something without being forced to wait for a order "under review" and coerced into calling their support. Didn't realize buying something was this difficult.
