SCAM! FRAUD! STAY AWAY! If you’re visiting Dubai and planning to rent a luxury car, do NOT rent from Turbo Plus Rent a Car. This company is running a well-organized scam targeting tourists and visitors. Here’s my experience: • I booked a specific car, but when I arrived, they told me it was “not available” and gave me a completely different vehicle without any warning. • They advertise “No Deposit Needed”, but the very next day, they called me demanding a deposit of over 10,000 AED. • They use a fake app that shows false speed limit violations and fake distance reports. They claimed I drove over 200 km, which is unrealistic in Dubai due to traffic and full-speed camera coverage. • These false claims are used to pressure you into paying more or risk losing a large amount of money. This company operates with deception and manipulation. Their goal is to trap you, then drain your money through fake rules and scare tactics. There are many honest and verified car rental companies in Dubai. Turbo Plus Rent a Car is not one of them. Protect yourself. Warn others. Don’t fall into this trap.

I had a frustrating experience with Turboplusdxb. I rented a Ford Sedan for just one day and returned it in perfect condition but they refused returning my deposit. They would even respond to my emails anymore. Pls stay away from them as they don't seem trustworthy at all.

I had a really frustrating experience. The staff were rude and dismissive, and despite having a reservation, there was no car available for me. I felt pressured into an expensive upgrade that came with hidden fees. The vehicle I eventually received smelled terrible and was full of crumbs. To make matters worse, the check-engine light was on, but the staff just shrugged it off as normal. I returned the car spotless, yet I was still charged for deep cleaning and phantom scratches. Trying to get help was a nightmare, with endless hold music and unhelpful representatives. I had a bad experience with them overall, I really wouldn’t recommend this place—save your money and look elsewhere.

Rented a car for them for a whole week,worst decision possible,car are not properly cleaned and maintained, the gearbox had problems and broke in the middle of traffic,i do not recommend their services.

Those guys asked us for a security deposit and stolen our money , horrible expiriance.

Pure scammers , they asked for a 1000 euro deposit and they never returned it back! I am very angry at them!

Absolute fraud. We negotiated a price on several high end cars before coming to Dubai. We were told no deposit is needed. We were transferred to their office, where we paid by card for all the cars. Once payment went through, they immediately started asking for a ‘fine insurance’, which is basically a deposit. When we showed them the chat where they stated that deposit is not required, they kept saying that the amount of 5000 AED they ask for is not a deposit and will be returned. When we refused, they told us they are not able to provide the cars we paid for as they are too expensive. We then asked for a refund but they started making excuses that they can’t refund the money. Eventually we negotiated on paying one time fee of 800 AED for some sort of insurance, in order to receive one of the cars we paid for. Overall, we ended up paying 9000 AED for cars worth less than 4000 AED. Don’t fall for the fake reviews here.
